Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on collars, bandanas, or leashes as long as they are regular stock and not custom ordered. We can exchange or offer a refund for enrichment items with a valid item received back in new and unused condition. If you would like to confirm if your item is eligible for return or exchange please contact us with your information enclosed in an email to tailored4paws@icloud.com. Please include:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Items to be exchanged or returned

Please allow up to 48 hours for your return or exchange request to be checked and responded to. Returns and exchanges will only be processed and funds distributed once we have received the items and have confirmed their condition is acceptable for return.

Condition of Return or Exchange

  • Customer must contact us at the above email address within 3 days of receiving their item(s)

  • Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return.

  • All items must be returned within 14 days which begins once your item is received.

  • Items must be new and in unused condition.

If the item send for return does not fulfill the above requirements then no refund will be issued.

Items not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Bandanas, collars, and leashes that are custom ordered are not eligible for return or exchange. Any used enrichment items are not eligible for return or exchange.
